Cinnamon: The new Pan Indian gourmet
restaurant, creates an aura of a royal celebration with its plush décor,
impeccable service and traditional lightly cooked specialties of the
Punjab and
Moghul India. Timings: 12 pm to 3 pm & 7:30 pm to
11:30 pm.
The Marble Arch: The all day dining restaurant
overlooking the Mogul Gardens, serves an elaborate multi-cuisine menu.
With curved archways and a food theatre it blends traditional and modern
elements.
Giardino: The al-fresco fine dining restaurant near
the poolside serves traditional Italian food paired with the finest old
and new world wines. Timings: 7:30 pm to 11 pm, September till June.
Marigold Bar: The stylish new bar, serves a variety
of the finest international and Indian liquors, cocktails, beverages
and cigars. Timings: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The Terrace: An open-air lounge, serves an array of
snacks and beverages. The lounge hosts Rajasthani folk dances and a
puppet show in the evenings. Timings: 6 am till 11:30 pm
The Palace Tea Lounge: At the lobby offers a wide
variety of teas and coffees. Timings: 10:00 a.m. till 7 p.m.
The Pool Lounge: The informal poolside lounge,
offers a choice of Continental snacks and salads. Timings: 1 pm till 7
